Reportedly collecting debt from payday loan company which I have no record of. Information they had was very old (over 5 years).

I receive calls that I had a payloan from us cash and that I did a stop payment on the withdrawal. I have never heard of or dealt with this company and never done a stop payment with my bank. Apparently, I am not the only person dealing with this issue. If I did a loan and did not pay back, I would have received calls, mail, and emails from us cash. Obviously I did not do business with us cash and my bank confirmed it based on the date this agency claimed the deposit was made. I guess I will wait to see if their threats are real.

Called every few minutes starting at 10:30 p.m. a total of 35 times

From the first call from this number I said I was not interested and please stop calling. Now they call at least four times a day. I have answered three times to say I'm not interested but they talk over me and keep saying I don't understand this offer is free. (Free Walmart Card) I have stopped picking up this call. But this is second week that they have been calling! Two or three times in morning and again in afternoon.

I've been dating a married man, Mike Ingram for quite awhile now and am in love with him. I see him very often. He owns Triple I Fence in Commerce and is able to use that as an excuse to be out.
